Garden Grove: Fatal Motorcycle Crash on State Route 22

Rider Killed in Collision at SR-22 and Euclid Street

Garden Grove, CA (March 4, 2023) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a deadly traffic accident that occurred in the area of State Route Highway 22 and Euclid Street.

Officials said a collision between a motorcyclist and another vehicle took place at the crossing in Garden Grove on March 3, Friday. The force from the impact ejected the rider onto the middle lane of the highway.

Deadly Motorcycle Accident in Garden Grove

Shortly after 11:56 p.m., rescue teams arrived at the scene. Responding paramedics immediately rendered aid to the injured motorcyclist. Despite life-saving efforts performed by medical personnel, the victim sadly succumbed to their injuries and passed away. Authorities continue to withhold the identity of the deceased pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.

Several factors surrounding the catastrophic incident remained unclear. At this time, detectives continue to investigate exactly how and why the fatal crash happened at State Route 22 and Euclid Street in Garden Grove.
