GARDEN GROVE, Calif. (Oct. 23, 2018) — An adult male passenger was injured in a solo-vehicle crash Tuesday morning at Euclid and Main streets.
The crash took place on Tuesday morning about 1:10 a.m. to the intersection of Euclid and Main streets. The police report stated that the driver was heading southbound on Euclid Street when for unknown reasons he lost control of the vehicle at Main Street. The vehicle crashed into a light pole, street light and bus stop bench before it burst into flames.
The vehicle became fully engulfed in flames, but all three adult male occupants managed to free themselves and escape serious injury. Paramedics responded to help those hurt and transported one man to a hospital with moderate injuries.
The 24-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving.

Orange County Crash Investigation
Police are investigating this crash and the driver is facing DUI charges. They will piece together evidence and any witness statements to also determine fault. The investigation will also consist of looking at measurements of evidence left by the vehicles such as point of impact, final resting positions of the vehicles, skid marks, and gouge marks.
