2 Hurt After Car Accident on Magnolia Street Friday
Garden Grove, CA (January 9, 2021) – Injuries were reported following a suspected hit-and-run collision on Magnolia Street Friday morning, the KTLA5 News reported.
Our sources indicated the incident involved an allegedly stolen car from Anaheim–a gold Toyota.
The Toyota, while traveling north on Magnolia Street, apparently run against a red light. As a result, the Toyota crashed into a white Chevrolet Suburban near Stanford Avenue.
Hit-and-Run Car Crash in Garden Grove, January 8
According to the news article, three people fled the scene following the incident. No immediate information was available on the hit-and-run suspects.
Responding police officers reportedly found one person involved in the wreck in a nearby residential neighborhood. The 23-year-old woman suffered serious head injuries as a result of the collision. Because of their condition, paramedics transported her to UCI Medical Center for treatment.
Authorities mentioned the driver of the Chevrolet Suburban sustained minor injuries and received treatment at the site.
Several factors surrounding the car crash in Garden Grove remained under investigation.
