Genaro Fuentes Sumuano, 23, in Bakersfield Rollover Crash

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (Nov. 6, 2017) — A rollover crash left one person dead and another injured Sunday on Laval Road near The Outlets of Tejon, according to Bakersfield Now.

The fatal collision took place about 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 5, 2017. The California Highway Patrol responded to help the victims and found the overturned vehicle in a field. Genaro Fuentes Sumuano, 23, was later identified as the man who died at the scene, but paramedics transported one person with major injuries to a hospital.

The second person suffered major injuries in the collision.

Police are investigating this crash as a possible DUI. Sumuano was reportedly the driver of the 2007 Toyota pickup truck.
