George Flores, 60, Fatally Struck by Vehicle on East Main Street Thursday
El Cajon, CA (June 5, 2021) – George Flores, a 60-year-old man, died following a pedestrian accident on East Main Street on June 3, Thursday.
The FOX5 San Diego reported George Flores was crossing the street in the 1900 block of East Main Street. Preliminary investigation revealed the horrible crash happened at aout 10 p.m.
Officials said an eastbound Nissan Altima struck the pedestrian on the El Cajon street. According to the article published online, the headlights of the Nissan were not turned on at the time of the incident.

When emergency crews arrived at the site, they found George Flores with serious injuries. An ambulance rushed the victim to Sharp Memorial Hospital, where he sadly succumbed to his injuries and died.
Authorities mentioned the driver involved in the unfortunate event stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation process.
