Gilroy, California (April 15, 2018): Two vehicles collided on the 101 freeway resulting in a head injury and property damage according to a California Highway Patrol Dispatch.
At about 1:09 p.m. a Silver BMW sedan collided with a silver Acura sedan on the 101 Freeway near the Sargent area. The driver of one of the vehicles called emergency services and explained that his daughter had suffered a head injury. Paramdedics arrived on the scene to treat the injured woman and any other injuries. Both vehicles sustained severe damage during the collision.
The exact specifics of the injuries remain, at this time, unknown. Police are investigating the cause of the accident and updates may follow.
