LOS ANGELES, California (July 25, 2016) —Ricardo Serrano-Rodrigues died in a two-vehicle collision early Monday morning at an off-ramp from the Glendale 2 Freeway in the Glassell Park community, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The fatal crash was reported about 4:15 a.m. The man who died was about 20 years old. He was driving a Toyota Corolla when for unknown reasons he reportedly crashed into another motorist and went over the side of the off-ramp.
Police responded to the scene of the crash at the San Fernando off ramp from the southbound Glendale 2 Freeway.
Police issued a SigAlert due to the collision as they had to close down the ramp to investigate the cause of the crash as well as clean up debris.
There were few details provided in the report.
