OCEAN BEACH: Glen Franks Hit by Car at Ebers and Voltaire StreetOCEAN BEACH, CaliforniaGlen Franks, a mentally disabled man, was seriously injured after being hit by a vehicle at Ebers and Voltaire street on Christmas night, according to an article by ABC 10.

As per the report, the pedestrian accident caused major injuries to Franks who was described after the crash being in the hospital fighting to get better.

Police affirmed the involved driver stayed on scene until they arrived, and they determined drugs or alcohol did not play a factor in the accident.

Further investigation is underway to determine charges and liabilities.
