Factors such as driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speed, distracted driving or negligence often cause traffic incidents. These auto accidents usually results in serious injuries, or worse death. It is then necessary that motorists practice certain precautionary measures and follow traffic laws while traversing the major roads, such as the freeway, as they are considered as one of the most dangerous routes in the state.
In this case, authorities are still gathering more information and evidence to determine liability. If the investigation proves that a negligent driver has disregarded the safety of others and has led to the injury the other people involved, the victims and their families may have the right to pursue a personal injury lawsuit seeking compensation for all the hospital bills, future medical needs, lost wages, property damage and other losses.
