Rollover Crash in Glendale on State Route Highway 2
GLENDALE, Calif. (Oct. 27, 2022) — A Glendale Freeway crash happened Thursday morning on the southbound State Route 2, just south of East Mountain Street in Glendale.
The collision occurred about 2:27 a.m. on Oct. 27th, near Glendale Community College, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
The drivers of a white Tesla and a white Mercedes collided in the middle lanes and one overturned onto its roof in the slow lane.
Paramedics with the Glendale Fire Department responded to help those hurt in the crash.
Someone called 911 to report that a vehicle sped past them prior to the collision.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed at least one of the damaged vehicles from the freeway.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Glendale Freeway crash.
