Driver Hits Pedestrian on Turnpike Road in Goleta
GOLETA, Calif. (Jan. 23, 2024) — A driver struck a pedestrian in an accident on Turnpike Road at the entrance to northbound Highway 101 in Goleta.
The collision occurred at around 9:07 a.m. on Jan. 23rd, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Paramedics responded to the scene next to the In and Out restaurant to help the injured pedestrian, but there are no further details at this time.
The report did not mention if the injuries were serious or if the person was taken to a hospital for further treatment.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the Goleta pedestrian accident.
