GOOD HOPE, California (December 22, 2014) – Six people suffered minor to major injuries Sunday night in a four-vehicle traffic accident on Highway 74, just north of Mountain Avenue, according to a press release by the Riverside County Fire Department.
About 6:33 p.m., California Highway Patrol officers and Riverside firefighter and paramedics responded to the crash involving four drivers and reported one person suffered major injuries. A second person suffered moderate injuries and four others were minor, the report said.
Police closed down Highway 74 in both directions for roughly two hours to conduct an investigation into the cause of the crash.
“Hopefully all those hurt in this crash have a full recovery,” said Attorney James Johnson.
