Granada Hills Rollover Crash Interstate 5 Freeway, 210 Freeway

2-Vehicle Car Accident on I-5 Freeway

GRANADA HILLS, Calif. (Feb. 19, 2024) –A rollover crash in the Granada Hills area happened Monday on the northbound Interstate 5 Freeway, just south of the eastbound 210 Freeway.

The two-vehicle collision occurred in the HOV and No. 1 lanes of the I-5 Freeway. The collision was reported at around 6:53 a.m. on Feb. 19th, according to the California Highway Patrol.

A white 2019 Honda Civic sedan overturned onto its roof and was blocking the HOV lane. One person exited the vehicle and was walking in traffic lanes. A white Ford Mustang was also involved in the collision.

Paramedics from the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to help at least one person with injuries, but it’s unknown if anyone was taken to a hospital.

Investigators are working to determine liability for the crash on the Interstate 5 Freeway in Granada Hills.
