2-Vehicle Crash on Dehesa Road in Granite Hills
EL CAJON, Calif. (July 5, 2022) — A Granite Hills car accident on Dehesa Road at Vista Grande Road happened Wednesday morning in the El Cajon area.
The 10:43 a.m. collision on July 6th involved a red Tesla and a gray Toyota Tacoma pickup truck, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The fire department responded to help those hurt in the crash. There were minor injuries, but no further information is available in the CHP report.
At least one of the vehicles was badly damaged and required a tow truck, police said.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine liability for the Dehesa Road car accident.
