
2-Vehicle Collision on SR-70 in Pleasant Grove
PLEASANT GROVE, Calif. (March 29, 2023) — A gravel truck and a car collided Wednesday afternoon on State Route Highway 70 near Striplin Road in Pleasant Grove.
Gravel was strewn all over the roadway after the two-vehicle crash around 1:35 p.m. on March 29th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP reported a black Chrysler 300 sedan suffered major rear-end damage when it was allegedly hit by a big rig truck hauling double trailers loaded with gravel.
Paramedics responded to help at least one person suffering minor injuries, but there are no further details.
Caltrans responded and issued a SigAlert due to the crash blocking the roadway.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the Pleasant Grove crash on Highway 70.
