Guadalupe Rios, 65, Killed in Car Accident on Finch Road Thursday
Modesto, CA (February 12, 2021) – A 65-year-old man died following a traffic collision on Finch Road Thursday morning, the Modesto Bee News reported.
The Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office identified the fatality as Guadalupe Rios.
Preliminary investigation revealed Rios was behind the wheel of a Chevrolet Malibu heading west on Finch Road. When the Chevrolet approached the area near Mitchell Road, Rios made a sudden U-turn and drove into the path of a Jeep. Official mentioned the Jeep was also traveling west on Finch Road.
The two Chevrolet and Jeep eventually collided.

Per local news source, Rios appeared unrestrained at the time of the accident. The driver of the Chevrolet sustained fatal injuries and died as a result of the wreck.
Meanwhile, the names of the Jeep driver and their condition after the incident have not been revealed thus far.
Investigators handling the case continue to work to determine several factors surrounding the deadly crash.
