Passenger, 17, Injured in Suspected DUI Car Crash on River Road
GUERNEVILLE, Sonoma County (June 13, 2018) – A 17-year-old woman was injured after their vehicle crashed into a guardrail on River Road Tuesday evening, according to the Press Democrat.
As per the article, the teenager was a passenger in a Dodge Neon sedan driven by 21-year-old Skylar Storm Sachse.
The Neon was traveling on River Road, just east of Oddfellows Park Road, at about 11:25 p.m. when it slammed into two sections of guardrail.
When emergency teams arrived at the location, they found the female passenger suffering in moderate injuries. Medical records indicated the teenager was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, officials said Sachse evaded the crash site following the incident. At this time, the hit-and-run suspect is still at large.
California Highway Patrol said alcohol is suspected in the crash. Further investigation on the case is ongoing.
