2-Vehicle Collision Involving Major Injuries
FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (Dec. 24, 2024) — A two-vehicle crash happened Tuesday morning on 14 1/2 Avenue, just south of Laurel Avenue in Hanford.
The collision occurred at 7:53 a.m. on Dec. 24th, just west of Pittman Farms in Kings County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported one of the vehicles was a Toyota Avalon with major damage on its front, left side. A tow truck responded to remove the vehicle.
Paramedics treated one person with a fractured left leg and transported them to Adventist Medical Center.
Meanwhile, investigators working on the case suspected one of the drivers was under the influence of alcohol and or drugs.
The case remains under investigation to determine fault. It’s unknown if there were any arrests made or if DUI was a factor.
