Man Killed in Crash at Hanford Intersection
HANFORD, Calif. (April 11, 2024) — A fatal Hanford pedestrian accident happened Wednesday night at 10th Avenue and Cameron Street.
The traffic accident happened at around 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10th, according to ABC 30 News.
A female driver struck the man on 10th Street when he stepped out of the median into her path.
Police officers report the victim was not walking in the crosswalk. The man who is in his 20s was not identified, pending notification of his next of kin.
Authorities say the driver did not see the man and was unable to avoid the collision. The motorist pulled over and cooperated with police and the investigation.
Police do not suspect drugs and or alcohol were factors in the crash.
