Riverside Wrongful Death Lawyer
It’s unknown at this time why the victim was a pedestrian on the freeway. He may have gotten out of a vehicle after suffering mechanical problems. The driver may not carry all the blame for an accident, but that does not preclude a family from pursuing a wrongful death or personal injury lawsuit against the driver. The claim will seek to compensate them for funeral costs, medical bills, lost income and loss of love and companionship.
