2 Killed, 4 Injured
The crash took place about 1:24 a.m. this morning. The vehicles involved included a silver Dodge Ram pickup truck and a white Honda Accord, which both had major front-end damage.
An article by East Bay Times said the 17-year-old male driver of the Honda died at the scene. He was identified as Izaiah Mease, of Union City.
His passenger, 16-year-old Joe Ioramo Jr., was rushed to Eden Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead. Both were students of James Logan High School.
Meanwhile, four other people were taken to the hospital with injuries considered as minor.
The crash remains under investigation by police to determine liability.
