Woman Killed in Collision on San Benito Street
Hayward, CA (April 13, 2023) – One person died following a traffic accident that occurred on San Benito Street Wednesday evening, April 12.
The KRON4 News reported a 35-year-old female was driving a vehicle heading at an unknown direction on San Benito Street in Hayward. According to the article published online, the woman crashed into the trailer of a parked semi truck along the road.
Deadly Car Accident in Hayward
Due to the force from the impact, the female driver sustained life-threatening injuries. Paramedics arrived at the crash site shortly after 9:22 p.m. and immediately rendered aid to the unconscious woman. Sadly, the victim succumbed to her injuries and died at the scene. Authorities continue to withhold the identity of the deceased pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Detectives continue to work at this time to determine the precise cause of the deadly accident that happened on San Benito Street in Hayward.
