Major Injury Collision in Valley Center
VALLEY CENTER, Calif. (Sept. 10, 2024) — A major injury, head-on crash happened Tuesday on Cole Grade Road, about a mile north of Valley Center Road in Valley Center.
The two-vehicle collision occurred at 8:45 a.m. on Sept. 10th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Police closed down Cole Grade Road between Milko Lane and Bernabeo Court, the report said.
CHP officials reported a white sedan and a silver sedan were involved.
Two people were found trapped in the vehicles and firefighters responded to extricate them before taking them to a hospital for treatment of major injuries.
Tow trucks removed both of the vehicles and investigators are working to determine fault for the crash on Cole Grade Road in Valley Center.
