RIVERSIDE, Calif. (Feb. 14, 2023) — A head-on crash happened Tuesday on El Sobrante Road at Lockwood Avenue, just south of the Woodcrest community in Riverside.
The two-vehicle crash occurred about 6:31 a.m. on Feb. 14th, just east of the Trinity Riding Center, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The drivers of a white 2020 Ford Ranger and a gray truck were involved in the collision. It’s unknown at this time what led up to the traffic accident.
Paramedics with the Riverside County Fire Department responded to help at least one person with moderate injuries following the wreck.
Tow trucks came to remove the damaged vehicles from the roadway.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the Riverside crash on El Sobrante Road.
