Head-on Crash Highway 138, Near Oak Hills in San Bernardino County

2-Vehicle Collision on Rim of the World Scenic Byway/Highway 138

SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, Calif. (Feb. 24, 2025) — A head-on crash happened Monday on Highway 138, just south of Oak Hills in San Bernardino County.

The two-vehicle collision occurred at around 5 a.m. on Feb. 24th, according to the California Highway Patrol.

CHP officials reported both lanes were blocked after a white Dodge 2500 pickup truck and a black sedan collided on SR-138 also known as Rim of the World Scenic Byway.

Paramedics responded to help those who were injured and tow trucks removed both of the damaged vehicles from the highway, the report said.

Investigators are working to determine fault fore the crash on Highway 138 in San Bernardino County.
