2-Vehicle Collision in Felton, Santa Cruz County

SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, CA (Nov. 11, 2024) — A head-on crash involving injuries happened Monday on Felton Empire Road at Krazy Acre Lane in Felton, a town in Santa Cruz County.

The two-vehicle collision occurred at or near a hairpin turn in the roadway around 6:55 a.m. on Nov. 11th, according to the California Highway Patrol.

CHP officials reported the vehicles including a white 2005 Nissan Frontier pickup truck collided in the westbound lanes of Felton Empire Road when one of the motorists crossed into opposing traffic.

Paramedics responded and treated at least one person for minor injuries and tow trucks removed both damaged vehicles from the roadway.

Investigators are working to determine fault for the crash on Felton Empire Road in Santa Cruz County.
