Head-on Crash on Walnut Grove Road and North Lamb Road

WALNUT GROVE, Calif., (Oct. 26, 2026) — A head-on crash involving major injuries occurred Monday between a van and a big rig truck at Walnut Grove Road and North Lamb Road in Walnut Grove.

The two-vehicle collision occurred at approximately 11:16 a.m. on Oct. 26th, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).

The collision involved a semi-truck and a white van and resulted in at least one person injured. Emergency responders, including the Stockton Fire Department units, were promptly dispatched to the scene.

The circumstances leading to the collision are still under investigation. Both vehicles were obstructing the westbound lanes with the semi-truck detached from its trailer, and the van reportedly had blown left tires.
