Minor Injury Collision in Temecula
TEMECULA, Calif. (July 11, 2024) — A head-on crash on Rainbow Canyon Road, just west of Rainbow Valley Boulevard happened Thursday morning in Temecula.
The two-vehicle collision occurred in the eastbound lanes at 47055 Rainbow Canyon Road around 5:41 a.m. on July 11th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials report the drivers of a blue Tesla Model 3 and a second vehicle were involved.
Cal Fire Riverside sent firefighters and paramedics to the crash scene to help those injured. At least one person was treated for minor injuries.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed the damaged vehicles from the crash scene.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the crash on Rainbow Valley Boulevard.
