2-Vehicle Collision on SR-201 or Avenue 400
DINUBA, Calif. (July 30, 2024) — A head-on crash happened Tuesday morning in Dinuba on State Route 201 or Avenue 400 between Road 74 and Road 68.
The two-vehicle collision occurred at around 7:51 a.m. on July 30th, just west of Road 74, according to the California Highway Patrol. The vehicles blocked both side of the roadway and a power pole was damaged or knocked over.

CHP officials reported the drivers of a dark grey or black Toyota and a black Kia SUV were involved. The report stated one of the vehicles attempted an “unsafe pass” and the “black sedan swerved and hit the black SUV.”
Meanwhile, the Tulare County Fire Department responded to the scene and located at least one person with injuries at the scene, but it’s unknown if anyone was hospitalized.
Finally, investigators are working to determine the cause of the Dinuba crash on Avenue 400 as well as liability.
