Pedestrian Killed in San Bernardino Collision Identified as 63-Year-Old Woman
SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (June 12, 2025) — Heather McCutchan, 63, was struck and killed in a collision last month on Waterman Avenue in San Bernardino, according to local authorities.
The fatal traffic accident occurred around 5:46 p.m. on May 10, 2025, in the 1200 block of Waterman Avenue, the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner said.
Officers from the San Bernardino Police Department responded to the scene, where they discovered the victim, later identified as Heather McCutchan, a homeless resident of San Bernardino.
McCutchan suffered major injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Details about the circumstances leading up to the collision have not been released, and it remains unclear whether the driver involved remained at the scene or if any arrests have been made.
