Heavy Fog Leads to Crash in Vineyard at Florin and Excelsior Roads
Rollover Crash at Vineyard Intersection Results in Minor Injuries
VINEYARD, Calif. (March 18, 2025) — A two-vehicle crash happened Tuesday in Vineyard amid heavy fog at Florin Road and Excelsior Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the crash at 7:19 a.m. on March 18th between a grey Lexus RX 350 and a grey Toyota Prius sedan.
One of the vehicles overturned in the accident near 7232 Excelsior Road, the report said.
A bus driver called 911 to report the collision and stated “it was so foggy and a car overturned when someone ran a stop sign and was hit by the vehicle.”
Paramedics responded to help at least one person reporting minor injuries following the crash.
Tow trucks removed both vehicles and investigators are working to determine fault for the Vineyard crash at Florin and Excelsior roads.
