Hit-and-Run Personal Injury Lawyer
Most traffic accidents which involve a driver who flees the scene can be subjected to serious criminal charges, especially when a particular crash causes serious injuries to another person. Such circumstances are considered as “felony hit-and-run,” leaving the victim a legal right to pursue a wrongful death or personal injury lawsuit against the suspect. We hope the hit-and-run suspect will be located and justice will then be served.
In such cases where negligence or wrongdoing may have been a factor, the victim involved in this malicious incident, Heidi Parker, will have the right to pursue a personal injury lawsuit against the responsible party and or if she carries uninsured motorist coverage. Ms. Parker would be able to seek compensation for damages which would include hospital bills and medical expenses, pain and suffering, and lost wages from being away from work.
