Motorcyclist Killed in Hemet Crash at Johnston Avenue and Yale Street
HEMET, CA (May 24, 2021) – A motorcyclist died after a crash at Johnston Avenue and Yale Street east of Hemet.
According to an article published by My News LA, the tragic accident occurred on Monday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 4:05 p.m.
The Riverside County Fire Department said a sedan and the motorcycle rider collided for an unknown reason just east of Hemet.
The two crashed at the intersection of Johnston Avenue and Yale Street. The rider ended up ejected onto the roadway as a result of the collision.

Firefighters along with the paramedics responded and then found the motorcyclist lying on the ground. They soon pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
The name of the deceased party has not been yet released pending notification of next of kin. Meanwhile, officials affirmed that the driver of the car stopped following the incident.
The motorist stayed at the site and cooperated with the authorities. Officers forced the intersection of Johnston and Yale to shut down for a time after the wreck.
The cause of the fatal Hemet crash is still under investigation.
