Henry Carrillo, 74, Killed in Muscoy Pedestrian Crash on Cajon Boulevard
MUSCOY, CA (March 12, 2022) – Pedestrian Henry Carrillo was killed after a crash on Cajon Boulevard in Muscoy.
The coroner’s office identified the 74-year-old San Bernardino man as the victim of the fatal collision which took place on Friday.
The incident happened when a vehicle struck Henry Carrillo for an unknown reason in Muscoy. The California Highway Patrol said a white Ford F150 hit him at 3548 Cajon Boulevard.

The accident occurred on March 11 at about 6:24 p.m., north of University Parkway overpass. Henry Carrillo sustained serious injuries as a result of the pedestrian incident.
Firefighters along with the paramedics then arrived at the site in front of the 777 Liquor Store. They found the victim down on the ground.
Medical personnel soon pronounced him dead at the scene. Meanwhile, CHP did not mention if the driver stopped and stayed at the site after hitting the victim.
Officers forced a stretch of Cajon Boulevard to shut down for a time following the collision. The cause of the Muscoy pedestrian crash is still under investigation.
