Man Fatally Struck by Vehicle Near Longview Road
Pearblossom, CA (November 4, 2022) – Henry Lanaro, a 29-year-old homeless man, died following a pedestrian accident that occurred on State Route Highway 138.
The Antelope Valley Times News reported Lanaro was walking in the area of SR-138 near Longview Road. For reasons still unclear, an eastbound 2012 Honda Odyssey struck the male party. Our sources indicated the horrible crash took place Thursday at approximately 6:40 a.m.
Deadly Pedestrian Accident on Highway 138 in Pearblossom
When rescue teams arrived at the site, they found the pedestrian suffering in serious injuries. Responding paramedics performed life-saving measures to the victim, but he sadly passed away at the scene. The Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office later identified the deceased as Henry Lanaro.
Meanwhile, the driver of the Odyssey appeared unharmed after the collision.
Detectives stayed the whole morning at the location of the incident. Further investigation on the case is ongoing.
