At Least 2 Injured in Visalia Series of DUI Hit-and-Run Accidents on November 10
VISALIA (November 13, 2018) – A series of alleged DUI hit-and-run collisions injured at least two people late Saturday night, November 10, according to Visalia Times Delta and The Fresno Bee.
Police said an injury hit-and-run crash was initially reported at approximately 10:05 p.m. in the area of Ben Maddox Way and Noble Avenue.
A call about a second injury hit-and-run accident came in after two minutes near Lovers Lane and Mineral King Avenue. The driver who caused the series of wrecks was then seen in the area of Douglas Avenue and Palm Street.
Henry Raygoza Jr., 23, Arrested For DUI Hit-and-Run
Police affirmed that the occupants of the two vehicles struck by the motorist suffered minor to moderate injuries. The total number of victims and their names and condition at this time were not disclosed.
Meanwhile the suspect, 23-year-old Dinuba resident Henry Raygoza Jr., was arrested and booked into the Tulare County Adult Pre-trail Facility on suspicion of felony DUI, and felony hit-and-run.
A third traffic accident also caused by Rayzoga resulted in property damage and reportedly took place at Pinkham Street and Noble Avenue.
