At Least 1 Injured After Fiery Crash on 15 Freeway
DATE OF COLLISION: Friday, September 14th
September 14, 2018 – Injuries were reported following a fiery traffic collision on the Interstate 15 Freeway Friday afternoon, according to Victor Valley News.
Multi-Vehicle Accident Friday in Hesperia
At approximately 3:30 p.m. today, five vehicles collided for unknown reasons on the southbound side of the interstate between Highway 395 and Ranchero Road.
Officials mentioned at least one automobile caught fire after the crash. As per the article, two occupants in that car were able to get out before firefighters arrived.
Primary reports indicated one person was transported to a local hospital for treatment of what appeared to be minor injuries.
Meanwhile, the conditions of the other parties involved in the accident remained unclear at this time.
The California Highway Patrol reportedly shut down three lanes of the freeway during fire suppression, and to give way to the investigation. The precise cause of the accident is still being determined.
