3 Injured in Hesperia Crash on 15 Freeway Near Ranchero Road Overpass

HESPERIA, CA (November 27, 2022) – Several were injured after a car crash on the 15 Freeway under the Ranchero Road overpass in Hesperia.

According to an article published by the Victor Valley News, the accident took place early Sunday. Officers reported the wreck at about 3:51 a.m.

The California Highway Patrol said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Hesperia. The cars crashed on the northbound 15 Freeway under the Ranchero Road overpass.

2 Cars Collide

Both vehicles obtained major damage due to the impact of the collision. Firefighters arrived at the scene and found a woman lying on the shoulder of the freeway with possible broken foot.

At least three people ended up hurt as a result of the incident. Paramedics rushed one of them to a hospital for treatment of critical injuries.

A female occupant from one car and the driver of the second vehicle survived the incident with minor injuries. The reports did not disclose the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time.

Meanwhile, officers forced the northbound lanes of the 15 Freeway to shut down near Ranchero following the wreck. The cause of the Hesperia crash is still under investigation.
