Auto vs. Truck Collision on Interstate 15 at Ranchero Road Friday
Hesperia, CA (August 27, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a hit-and-run crash that occurred Friday morning on the Interstate 15 Freeway.
Our sources indicated a silver car collided with a blue semi truck in the southbound side of I-15, also known as Barstow Freeway. Officials added a gray minivan was also found at the scene.
Shortly after 10:05 a.m., medical personnel arrived at the site and rendered aid to all possible victims. The CHP log mentioned one person suffered injuries as a result of the wreck. At this time, the name of the victim and their condition remained undisclosed.
Hit-and-Run Crash in Hesperia, August 27
Initial records mentioned an adult man fled the scene on foot following the collision. Authorities briefly described the hit-and-run suspect as a male party wearing a black shirt, and stripped pants.
At this time, investigators handling the case continue to work to determine several factors surrounding the car crash in Hesperia.
