Rider Hospitalized After Collision Near Main Street Offramp
Hesperia, CA (September 25, 2022) – At least one person suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred Saturday on the Interstate 15 Freeway.
Auto vs. Motorcycle Accident on Interstate 15 in Hesperia
The Victor Valley News Group reported a man riding a black Harley-Davidson Street Bob motorcycle collided with a white four-door sedan. According to the article published online, the crash took place in the northbound side of I-15 Freeway; just south of the Main Street offramp.
Preliminary investigation revealed the rider clipped the sedan. The motorcyclist then lost control of his Harley-Davidson, and ended up ejected onto the right shoulder of the freeway.
Shortly after 8:27 p.m., medical personnel arrived at the scene and found the rider with injuries to his left leg. Paramedics rendered first aid to the victim, then rushed him to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center for further treatment.
Several factors surrounding the incident remained unclear. Given that, the California Highway Patrol Victorville station continue to investigate the precise cause of the accident that happened on Interstate 15 near Main Street offramp.
