2 Airlifted to Hospital After Collision Near Main Street Overpass
Hesperia, CA (March 26, 2022) – Two people suffered injuries following a traffic crash that occurred on the Interstate 15 Freeway, the Victor Valley News Group reported.

Our sources indicated two semi trucks collided in the southbound side of the freeway in Hesperia. According to the article published online, the accident took place near the Main Street overpass. Preliminary investigation revealed a tractor-trailer combination slammed into the back of a semi truck early Saturday.
Shortly after 1:45 a.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. First responders found two people trapped in the mangled truck. Firefighters worked extensively to extricate the victims.
Authorities said Mercy 66 airlifted one of the injured to Loma Linda University Medical Center. Furthermore, Mercy 22 airlifted the other patient to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Detectives stayed at the scene the whole morning. They continue to investigate the precise cause of the traffic accident on Interstate 15 in Hesperia.
