Multiple Possible Injuries in Crash Near Escondido
HIDDEN MEADOWS, Calif. (July 23, 2024) — A two-vehicle car accident happened Tuesday morning in Hidden Meadows between Old Castle Road and Pamoosa Lane in San Diego County.
The traffic accident occurred at around 8:26 AM on Tuesday July 23rd 2024, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A Toyota Prius and a pickup truck towing a horse trailer collided due to unknown circumstances in Hidden Meadows California. The crash occurred right in between Old Castle Road and Pamoosa Lane. The crash caused the roadway to be blocked and cause a major traffic hazard. CHP reported that there may have been multiple passengers with injuries in both vehicles, the pickup towing the trailer and the Toyota Prius.
The paramedics arrived on the scene and responded and located those with injuries and transported them to a nearby hospital for treatment of unknown injuries at this time. Tow trucks were also needed on the accident scene to remove the damaged vehicles from the roadway.
Investigators are working to determine who is at fault for the accident in Hidden Meadows California on Old Castle Road and Pamoosa Lane.
