HIDDEN VALLEY LAKE, Calif. (March 1, 2023) — A multi-vehicle crash on Highway 29 and Spruce Grove Road happened Wednesday morning in Hidden Valley Lake.
The 3-vehicle collision occurred on icy roads about 5:27 a.m. on March 1st, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a Toyota RAV 4 SUV and a Mazda 6 both had major front-end damage following the crash.
Paramedics responded to State Route 29 and treated at least one person for minor injuries, but it’s unknown if they were hospitalized or not.
Tow trucks removed both the Toyota and Mazda from the roadway.
Meanwhile, investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the Hidden Valley Lake crash.
