San Bernardino County Personal Injury Lawyer
It is apparent that the driver of the car will be held liable for causing the collision that caused severe injuries to the pedestrian involved. Regardless of their reasons, leaving the area following a crash is a serious crime and is punishable by law, especially if the collision injured another individual.
In such cases where negligence or wrongdoing are clearly factors, the family of the man will have then a right to pursue a claim seeking a compensation for all the hospital bills, future medical needs, lost wages, and pain and suffering.
