2-Vehicle Crash on Highway 70 in Butte County
BUTTE COUNTY, Calif. (August 10, 2021) – A two-vehicle Highway 70 collision happened Tuesday afternoon in Butte County, California.
The CHP reported the crash left one person with undisclosed injuries. A motorcyclist and another vehicle collided due to unknown reasons at the Butte County intersection.
Traffic backed up due to the crash and vehicles blocking the roadway.
The motorcyclist was taken to a hospital due to injuries that needed further treatment, but no further information was disclosed, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Investigators seek to determine the cause of the crash.
