Vehicle Strikes, Kills Man Near McCloskey and Wright Road Friday
Hollister, CA (November 12, 2021) – A pedestrian died following a traffic accident that occurred on San Felipe Road early Friday morning.
According to KION546 News, a vehicle traveling north on San Felipe Road struck an individual. The catastrophic incident took place at approximately 4 a.m.

The article published online mentioned first responders found the victim unresponsive and lying on the ground. Responding medical personnel reportedly tried to perform CPR to the victim. Despite life-saving measures, the pedestrian sadly succumbed to his injuries and died. Authorities briefly identified the deceased as a 49-year-old man.
Meanwhile, no immediate information was available on the driver involved in the catastrophic incident. Detectives continue to work at this time to investigate liability in the deadly pedestrian accident on San Felipe Road in Hollister.
