Motorcyclist Injured in Hollister Crash at Fairview and Lone Tree Roads

HOLLISTER, CA (February 26, 2023) – A motorcyclist was hospitalized after a crash at Fairview Road and Lone Tree Road in Hollister.

The California Highway Patrol first logged the accident last week on Monday morning. Officers reported the wreck on February 13 at around 7:40 a.m.

CHP said the motorcycle rider and a truck collided for an unknown reason in Hollister. The motorcyclist struck the vehicle as it was pulling out of an industrial building.

Motorcycle and Truck Collide

The two crashed at the intersection of Fairview and Lone Tree roads. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene.

They found the rider who complained of pain as a result of the collision. Medical personnel then rushed the patient to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

The report did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, officers forced the area of Fairview and Lone Tree roads to shut down following the incident.

The cause of the Hollister crash is still under investigation.
