Major Injury Collision at Pacheco Pass Highway and Bolsa Road Monday
Hollister, CA (October 4, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a truck accident that occurred in the area of State Route Highway 25 and 156.
On Monday, a big rig pulling a trailer overturned for an unknown reason at a busy intersection in Hollister. Officials said the collision took place at SR-25, also known as Bolsa Road, and SR-156, also known as Pacheco Pass Highway.
Rescue teams arrived at the location shortly after 2:30 p.m.

According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch, the trailer overturned and landed in a nearby field.
First responders checked the crash site and discovered a black pickup truck involved in the accident.
When medical personnel arrived at the location, they immediately rendered aid to all possible victims. Authorities later confirmed at least one person suffered major injuries as a result of the wreck. The name of the injured party, and their condition at this time remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Detectives stayed at the site the whole afternoon to investigate the precise circumstances that led to the truck accident in Hollister.
