Fatal Inglewood Crash at Howland Drive and Prairie Avenue
INGLEWOOD, Calif. (January 18, 2021) – Holly Tilley, 49, died in a collision at Howland Drive and Prairie Avenue in Inglewood.
The fatal collision happened on Friday afternoon about 4:20 p.m. near the Inglewood Park Cemetery, according to an article published by My News LA.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department reported two vehicles collided due to undisclosed circumstances. They crashed at the intersection of Howland Drive and Prairie Avenue.
The LAFD sent paramedics to the scene where they treated one person who was extricated after being trapped in the wreckage.
The person, identified as Holly Tilley, died as a result of the collision. The Los Angeles County Sheriff Coroner released her name on their website.
Meanwhile, police officers closed down the roadway for the investigation. Witnesses may contact authorities to help them determine fault for the collision.
