
2-Vehicle Crash in Homeland, Riverside County
HOMELAND, Calif. (August 7, 2023) — A traffic accident in Homeland happened Sunday night on Highway 74 at Leon Road.
The two-vehicle collision occurred about 5:34 p.m. on August 6th, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch and the CAL Fire/Riverside County Fire Department.
Firefighters responded to the scene of the collision with and located one person trapped and a second person who had suffered minor injuries, the report said.
Paramedics treated those injured, but it’s unknown if anyone was hospitalized.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed at least one of the damaged vehicles from the roadway.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault.
